Paid Time Off (PTO)

We believe rest is essential. Our Paid Time Off (PTO) program reflects our commitment to helping you maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life so you can bring your best to the life-changing work you do every day.

Eligible employees receive generous PTO that grows with years of service.

• PTO begins accruing after your first four pay periods.

• New employees receive an initial PTO balance for holidays and sick time during their first 90 days.

• PTO accrual increases as your years of service grow.

• Employees scheduled 20 or more hours per week are eligible for PTO (prorated for part-time schedules).

Wonder Academy Employees

Wonder Academy follows a school-year PTO schedule. Full-time employees receive PTO at the beginning of each school year, with prorated amounts available for eligible part-time employees and mid-year hires. PTO is provided in addition to scheduled school holidays.
